Meet Tavo.

For Tavo, wine has always been about quality, craftsmanship and curiosity. His passion lies in understanding what makes a wine genuinely exceptional — beyond its reputation, label or price.

His journey has taken him from working with some of the world's finest private wine collections to exploring vineyards and producers across Europe. More recently, he's gained hands-on experience in viticulture and winemaking at a Gault&Millau Swiss winery.

Having experienced wine from vineyard to bottle, and from everyday wines to the highest end of the fine wine market, he knows that price, reputation and quality don't always go hand in hand.

His goal is simple: to put his expertise to work for you, personally selecting exceptional wines that are a pleasure to enjoy, not a challenge to find.
